Director: Natalie Wilsher - BA (hons), PGCE (QTS), NASENCo, NPQLBC, NPQH, RQTU CPT3A

Learning Mentor: Larainne - NVQ2 and 3 in Childcare and Education; NVQ2 in Team Leadership; NVQ2 in Healthcare (adult mental health)

Larainne has over 30 years experience in childcare, adult health care and Early Years education.

Learning Mentor: Casey - HLTA

Casey has years of experience in a SEMH secondary schools as a TA and HLTA. She also has experience as a TA in mainstream primary schools. Her knowledge of individual interventions within SEMH allows us to expand therapeutically.

Learning Mentor: Charlotte - BEd, SCITT QTS, NASENCo

Charlotte has years of experience as a Primary School teacher and SENCO. She now runs her own gardening business.

Learning Mentor: Dak - Artist

Dak is a renowned local artist who has had his own Art work published in a gallery. His youth and enthusiasm brings so much creativity to the team. 

IT Technician - Rob

Rob has got years of experience in secondary schools and also for Herts for Learning as an ICT Technician. His knowledge allows us to expand our IT and E-Safety offer.
